Amir has over 20 years and more than $2 billion dollars of construction and management experience. Amir began his career in construction in 1994 where he attended the University of Texas – El Paso for Civil Engineering and later graduated with Honors from the University of Southern Mississippi in Construction Engineering. Having worked for some of the largest General Contractor’s in the nation, he had a clear vision of what he wanted when he started ParsCo: a company with a core of skilled professionals that could consistently deliver the highest level of construction expertise to clients.
Amir has contractor licensure approval in 14 states and is responsible for all the aspects required to manage a project successfully and oversees all operations for ParsCo, LLC. ParsCo specializes as a General Contractor in commercial, residential, and government projects, and is a member of the development team on hotels, assisted living facilities, and residential developments.
Amir serves as an adjunct professor at the University of West Florida where he focuses his time grooming the next generation of builders. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of West Florida, an appointed member of the City of Pensacola Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals, and serves on the UWF Construction Advisory Board.
In Amir’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, being outdoors, swimming, playing chess, and the drums.
